Ralf serves EE's business functions with market research, project management, value steering and customer insight, and co-ordinates EE's transformation and integration programmes.
Marc manages all sales activities across the company - retail, digital and customer base management - and the company’s relationship with indirect partners. He joined EE from Three UK in December 2011.
Pippa is responsible for EE's consumer division: commercial targets, customer loyalty, product & device management and proposition development. She has been with Orange since 2003.
Gerry has managed EE's wholesale, B2B, home and business development areas since the 2010 birth
of Everything Everywhere. He was previously a founding member of Virgin Mobile.
Steven oversees the brand and comms strategy & delivery team across the business: advertising, public affairs and internal & external communications. He joined from Virgin Mobile in 2008.
Jackie is responsible for customer operations, customer experience and engagement strategy. Prior to this she was vice president of customer services on the board of Orange.
Francoise is charged with delivering an inspiring employee journey to make EE a great place to work for its teams. She joined the company in September 2011 from France Telecom Group.
Stephen's key areas are strategy, legal & regulatory, and property & facilities, as well as the smooth running of the chief executive office. He originally joined Orange from Cable & Wireless in 2005.
Neal manages EE's finances, including procurement and the supply chain; he's also on the company’s board of directors. Neal first joined Orange from the Unipart Group in 2001.
Fotis oversees the IT and network development strategy and implementation for EE. He joined Everything Everywhere from Romtelecom at the new company's formation in 2010.

Benoit joined the FT Group in September 2011, having been CEO of Mobistar in Belgium and held executive positions with IBM, Compaq, HP and Siemens-Nixdorf.
Claudia spent 17 years before joining Deutsche Telekom at McKinsey & Company, responsible for the high-tech sector in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
